These images started out as a single photograph of two windows. I really like the treatment on these and think they deserve to be displayed as a diptych. Even though they were part of the same singular photograph – I thought, due to color evolution, that they work better as two separate pieces to be displayed together.
I’ve been listening to a lot of jazz lately. I noticed for some reason that during the Winter I listen to jazz more than any other style of music. No doubt it has had some effect on my work. Music today by Chic Corea. WINDOWS is a bonus track on the CD re-release of his great 1968 album NOW HE SINGS, NOW HE SOBS. Enjoy.

A wonderful diptych, I can imagine looking at them hanging on the wall while listening to Chick Corea…As a matter of fact that’s exactly what I’m doing right now except fthat the images are on my screen and not on the wall.
Great – they definitely belong together (as a diptych) – nice abstract expressionist-like twist on the series – they go great with Chick Corea (Yes, I managed to listen for once!).
